This gives what we call a glassy-matte finish - it’s an overall blurred and luminous matte finish.

What order should I use this in with my skincare and makeup?

Like all things DIBS - you can blend the rules on this one.  There’s really no right or wrong way to use this do-it-all mist.  We suggest using prior to makeup application to calm the skin.  We also love to use it during application - we even apply it to our brushes or blenders to perfect the blend.  To lock it all in, we always close out with a mist once makeup is complete.
